What is Raid Organizer?

Raid planning,
inside Discord.

Raid Organizer is software for guild leaders and their members. The planned bot brings the event, player replies, and role roster together in the Discord channels your guild already uses.

01 / CREATE THE RAID

Post the plan in your server.

Set the raid time, channel, and tank, healer, and damage slots. Members can sign up, withdraw, mark themselves tentative, or volunteer as backups.

02 / BUILD THE ROSTER

See who’s coming and what’s missing.

Keep player roles and open spaces visible. Premium is planned to add role-gap warnings and a backup shortlist; an officer confirms every replacement.

03 / KEEP RAIDS ON TRACK

Set schedules and reminders.

Basic is planned to include one weekly series and one channel reminder. Premium adds multiple schedules, up to three reminders, and saved main and alt profiles.

What you’re choosing: Basic and Premium are editions of the shared Raid Organizer bot. The later Custom service adds your guild’s own bot name, avatar, and agreed setup. The previews below demonstrate the planned experience; installation and subscriptions are not open yet.

1. Choose a schedule

All times use the fictional guild’s timezone. Each new event starts with fresh sign-ups.

Citadel progression

Friday · 8:30 PM · #raid-team

Weekly series active · Next event scheduled

Pausing stops future event creation. The existing next event stays in place. Skipping cancels only that event and its reminders.

2. Set reminders · up to three

3 reminders configured for this event.

3. Join with a saved character

Member-entered sample profiles; not verified game data.

You have not joined this event.

From “who’s in?” to “let’s go”

A familiar flow. Less busywork.

The planned experience lives where your guild already meets: Discord. Character and role details are entered by members.

01 — SET THE RUN

Give raid night a place.

An organizer sets the event, time, channel, and tank, healer, and damage slots.

02 — RALLY YOUR PEOPLE

Players choose their role.

Members join, withdraw, mark themselves tentative, or volunteer as a backup.

03 — HEAD IN TOGETHER

Review the roster.

Officers see remaining spaces, confirm replacements, and keep the guild informed with scheduled reminders.

One guild. Three ways forward.

Start simple.
Make room for more.

Choose the planned package that fits your guild. Basic and Premium share the Raid Organizer bot; Custom adds your own identity.

Before your next run

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can I add Raid Organizer to my server today?

Not yet. The reusable product is in development. You can explore the planned packages and try the illustrative raid card on this page. An installation link will be added when a usable release is ready.

Is Premium charged per player?

No. The selected starting price is US$4 per month per Discord guild/server. No annual or lifetime option has been selected. Subscriptions and payments are not available on this website yet.

What game are you starting with?

World of Warcraft Retail is the first focus, especially weekly raids in casual and semi-casual guilds. The first version is planned around member-entered character, class, role, and availability information, without a required game API connection.

Will it automatically replace someone on the roster?

No. Basic uses manual promotion. Premium is planned to suggest suitable volunteers, with an officer reviewing and confirming the choice. Suggestions will not silently remove or promote players.

Are attendance reports included at launch?

No. Attendance history, summaries, and CSV reporting are later enhancements. A sign-up alone is not proof that a player attended a raid.

What makes the custom bot different?

Basic and Premium use a shared Raid Organizer identity. The later custom service adds your own Discord application, name, avatar, description, and agreed setup. Extra features, infrastructure, and ongoing service are scoped and priced separately.
